Toilet seat is designed with a groove to stay put; just place it on the perimeter of the gamma ring. Commode is a total of 16” high for added comfort, the same height as a standard toilet seat. It has been tested to withstand 300 pounds of pressure over a period of 10 hours. Our gamma ring is intended to be a permanent fixture; please do not remove. It is also threaded, allowing you to load all sanitation supplies and toilet seat into the bucket, screw the gamma lid onto the gamma ring for a tight-seal, and it’s ready for transport or storage.
